PILATES TEACHER TRAINING COURSE DESCRIPTION

Our 500 hours Pilates certificate program contains 10 different modules including basic and advanced Human Anatomy, Mat 1, Mat 2, Reformer 1, Reformer 2, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Latter Barrel, Barre Physique, Spine Corrector, etc., not only the traditional Pilates method will be taught but the updated rehab techniques, functional movements, and mindfulness approaches will be involved as well.

To ensure our students fully understand the principles and the practice of Pilates method we provide internship and co-op opportunities for all graduates. Just like a university, we would like to assist our graduates to participate and achieve as much experience as possible before they get into the real world. We believe in this way our graduates can best represent our teaching program quality and guarantee them a better career.

Besides the Pilates work, our school also teaches quite an amount of rehabilitation methods and courses in order to match the needs of the market. Due to the large population in China, many people still do not have comprehensive medical care therefore, holistic approaches and exercises are becoming the prevention approaches for physical injuries and disease. Our school provides many valuable CEC courses such as Sacral-Cranial work, Basic Osteopathy, Muscle Activation Techniques, Muscle Energy Activation, Mobility and Stability training, Fascial Release, etc. Students can benefit from these courses not only for the CECs but the knowledge to serve better for their clients and members.
